When you have no notification of either a sucessful or unsuccessful request near the 24hr mark, there is no customer service from Transfercar. The 2 phone numbers provided keep disconnecting and emails never get answered. Also, like other relocation companies, you should only take 1 application. If the person can relocate within the time frame requested by the Rental Company then there should be no reason to allow multiple requests. It should be first request that gets the transfer.

Allow people to change their bookings when the depot doesn’t open at the hour the request is put in for.

Europcar charged a tank of fuel at $5 a litre. Even though Transfercar said free tank. I might as well have flown.
