The rental companies need to be more clear on what you actually pay for example Total insurance, what's needed upfront and also any road user charges ect..... was a little bit let down when I picked up my van to be told I needed $600 deposit upfront via my visa debit and then as I'm getting into the van I am been told I will also need to pay 10cents per km for road user charges.
