The cancelation fee seems very one-sided. Perhaps change it so that it only applies after both parties have confirmed the relocation.

I would like to know when requesting a car whether the operator is on airport or offairport as that will sometimes dictate the pick up time able to be achieved.

Not to expire a request until after it's been sorted. Ex my request expired on a Saturday and alot of rental operator don't arrange transfer on. Weekend so I then had to wait till Monday to make a new request.
