Europ car took $200 from my account instead of putting g a hold bond on, consequently payments have not gone out and fees applied. I have no money for transport or food for the next 3 days

There was a bit of confusion when we picked up the car. The lady wasn't aware that we had a reservation. She sorted it out, but we had an awkward moment.

Communication between staff. We fully expected to have to fill up the tank but was told by Greymouth salesperson we didn’t have to as we were a same day transfer. Reconfirmed that with the salesperson at the chch airport drop off before we departed. Then see we have now been charged 63.15 plus ccard fees for fuel which far exceeds what it would have cost us if we just filled it up ourselves as we’d planned to. But other than that - excellent in every other way.

No I am still waiting on the car hire company to release my security deposit but that’s on them not transfer car
