I have to wait for 1.5 hours in Christchurch for my vehicle. i believe if you are doing the company a service by transfering a vehicle you shouldnt have to just wait in the Que with all others that are not time bound as theyre on holiday.

Although it largely depends on the response from your suppliers, a faster response on whether successful or not. Previous booking attempts sat for extended period before being responded to ( not the last successful one though)

Bit disappointed that one has to produce the email with a res number on it. I don't get emails on my phone. Lucky I had my laptop. Simply make it easier.
