One minor thing - When I booked, I had requested 2 different vehicles knowing one would be automatically cancelled when the first one was approved. It would have been helpful to receive this note of cancellation via email just to be sure. :)

Not really. Maybe just a reminder to people to thoroughly check for any previous damage on the vehicle. Not all photos taken by the rental company show detailed or clear and/or updated images. Thanks.
