There was an issue with the original booking. The computer system was difficult to use, the vendor didn't get the correct details, tried to charge me incorrectly, and then made a call when they had been told my booking had been cancelled.

Hi, there doesnt seem to be an easy way to contact transfercar for support when relocating a vehicule. Also, requests seem to stay pending for some time without answers. I would not tell anybody not to use your service but its just not great for the average person. Also the cancelation fees are too high. I relocated a car from rotorua to auckland hoping to relocate a convirtible audi but the listing was cancelled. I understand its not your fault but... again yesterday a convirtible audi was available for relocation from christchuch to queenstown but the operator did not respond in due time. So i would say i am not enjoying the service so much no. If you have some good ideas on how to have better luck with requests. Let me know but i think im doing it all already. Cheers

No. All works well online and no issues with European. Fast and efficient. It’s a beautiful drive from CHCH to Queenstown
