Providing a few days leeway to return a vehicle. It was gruelling. It also cost me $1500 in the end to cover insurance excess : I had a reverse cam and two people guiding me to reverse into a dump station and neither the camera nor the people directing me noticed a wood stump pole sticking out of the ground that ripped the wheel passing on passenger side. It blew my meagre savings and now I am broke and left to take responsibility for an accident that was not my fault. A very costly exercise.

Transfercar, as a concept, a company and a website worked incredibly well and was very easy and smooth. I would have given 10 of 10, but I feel that Mode rentals, one of you partners took advantage of me a little bit, charging me $870 dollars for a scratch on the bumper. Shady.

Maybe when people pick the date you could tell them about the charge if it’s public holiday. I’m foreign so didn’t know- could’ve researched but maybe a good thing for you to do
