The car rental company seems like the main beneficiary of this transaction. For our last transfercar, we were even billed for extra mileage despite already paying for some extra rental days. It would have been less hassle to simply rent a car, and I don't think the cost would have been much different.

Yea, just recently I was refused when there were still cars left- that didn't make sense- so being clearer about that is helpful! Otherwise I love this system!

I got a cracked windscreen from roadworks on the way up to Nelson. Ended up costing me $1155.16 for the repair. The access was a crazy $2000.
