The rental company basically pulled the rental on us at the night before and when we were about to board the plane in Brisbane. Was a despicable act from then and I will never use this service again.

I’d advise not cancelling on people last minute. Booked the car months ago and it was cancelled less than 24h before pickup. There were no trains/buses left so the flight that I had to book cost $400. Great expense a day after Christmas.

I think the service and offer transfercars.com offers is great. it would be great (if not already existing) if complaints about cars or rental companies could be dealt with via transfercar rather than the rental company itself.
