Ensure that rental companies provide the incentives that are offered on Transfercar. My booking through Transfercar said that I would receive a free tank of fuel, yet I was charged for fuel by the rental company. This has caused me stress and time to try to sort out. It should be easier for rental companies to confirm what was offered by Transfercar, and ensure that their rental agreements match the Transfercar offer.
