The Star RV we had, it looks like it was in a rush hand over. The spare gas bottle was empty, and we did not know until we needed it. It was freezing cold during the night without heater on. We could not even get refill the next day, due to the bottle was too small for the gas station. Some of the drawers were broken, it could not lock properly. Outside of the RV was dirty when we picked the car up. Those dining area seats were really dirty. Maybe need to have someone to do some deep clear for the seats and curtains.

Make sure you have the right photo for the vehicle advertised. There is a big difference between a ford transit and a Toyota hiace, when you advertise cargo van and also make sure that the staff, who gets called to confirm the volume size know their stuff.

Yeah, it would be good to be able to negotiate some terms. For example, if I see a transfer from the North Island to the South Island that doesn't pay for the ferry, it would be great if when I request a vehicle I could have an option to say if you include ferry I will do this relocation
