The waiting time in Christchurch was very long and I believe some good process improvements to get rid of the bottle necks could improve this. We had to wait 2 hours before we were ready to go.

No, the guy at Chch airport was very friendly helpful, no hassles, didn’t see anybody at Greymouth, just left keys in drop box but within an hour my invoice was emailed to me. Great service

Reduce wait times at pickup and drop off. I waited 2 hours at pickup and 1 hour+ at drop off with THL
