I booked the car for AUD$1. However, when I collected the car, I was charged AUD$9.60. This was not clear in the original booking. They said it was because of the location and registration fee. I think it needs to be clearer in the original booking.

The process was smooth but the website is slightly clunky. At the dropoff the attendant tried to pin some damage on us that I had recorded on pickup and I was fortunately able to provide proof that it was pre-existing.
