Just clearer information about the location of depots. I was led to believe i would dropoff at chch airport. However the rental car depot was not at the airport, but a small drive away.

It is a bit of a learning process understanding just what is being offered by the rental agency. While not a big cost I had not identified that we had to cover the cost of airport transfers and drivers Ferry fare.

Not ask us to clean the car and then say they were cleaning it anyway. Also, when we transferred a Juicy Van we received a refund for fuel and we noticed another customer appeared to get a $200 fuel refund w e we dropped off the van and we received nothing.

I miss that the latest listings option was removed some time ago. On the New Zealand schematic overview page. Hokitika should be removed and not show as a destination [by arrow] from Queenstown when Greymouth up the highway, is the actual required drop off location. On the plus side, I have appreciated office support from transfercar office. History; my first relocation was back in 1968. Cheers from Warwick Graham,
