I miss that the latest listings option was removed some time ago. On the New Zealand schematic overview page. Hokitika should be removed and not show as a destination [by arrow] from Queenstown when Greymouth up the highway, is the actual required drop off location. On the plus side, I have appreciated office support from transfercar office. History; my first relocation was back in 1968. Cheers from Warwick Graham,

Cancellation fees need to be taken as you say 3 cars can be booked at a time. So one need to be removed part of trip. So Cancellation for this situation is not a fair practice.
