Nothing springs to mind we thought it was a great service and have already told friends about it here in Australia and will do so when we return to the UK for anyone visiting.

It would be nice if there could be a clear model or indicator of the model types. For example a 5 seater car could be an medium or large SUV which is great for 5 adults but a 5 seater car like a Suzuki Swift is only good for 4 adults. May be a contact rental company form about insurance, extra days etc. prior to booking placing would also give confidence to the driver

Better inspection of cars prior to pick up noting all the damage not just a clear sheet which was ot true a d making me have to take pictures of this damage , not a relaxed process when theres a big ding in the bumper not noted
