The truck broke down 9 times. It is still parked in Wellington with our expensive things in it. USave took over 10 hours to decide how to transport us back to Auckland and are refusing to pay my daughter's airfares who was stuck with me in Wellington. They were not even picking our telephone calls when we got stuck Please get their trucks get checked before they put it on transferable cars. Really disappointed with their service thanks

Flew all the way from Indonesia to Perth, had the motor home booked the night before and confirmed by head office. Only to be told when we arrived to pick the motor home up that the assistant manager Called v gave our motor home away to somebody else. Which left us without a motor home. The assistant manager at the Perth pick up location was rude obnoxious, spoke to him staff like dirt.
