Please show the details of vehicles and the insurance we can buy, sometimes we want to pay extra fee to buy the 0 excess, but operator told us they don't have 0 excess. And also, please show the name of operated, in this way when i know this operator don't have 0 excess i can choose another operator next time

No, all seemed ok, maybe more awareness of booking a second car as a backup to first booking. Not entirely transparent to booking page and counterintuitive to most people’s thoughts of booking two cars

Better customer service during picking up vehicle. Car is great. Dropping car is also no hassle.

After bringing a car up from a I decided I wanted to take a car from chch to Picton, so I tried to return the car I’d brought from QT early … to enable me to apply for a chch - Picton vehicle. I was unable to do so. Transfercar seems to have no provision for early end to driver plans. Maybe that’s something to consider.
