Make it clearer that there are different policies between rental companies. You do a good job of showing the actual policies but I think new users of transfercar will likely get tripped up on things like whether they can use a debit card or if they need a credit card for the bond. At the moment it is easy for users to skim over the details of policy differences when they are agreeing to relocation. Perhaps a pop-up window before confirming their transfer, which said something like Different rental companies have different policies for vehicle relocations. Are you sure you have read your rental company's relocation policy? . Besides this, I think transfercar is great!

service wise experience was great, the car itself whilst very economically the Sat Nav was not up to date which was the downside

You get an 8 because the allocated time is always a bit tight. However the one we just did(1 week for Mel-Bne) was great.
