I Rang Transfercar they mention you can pick car anytime. When I reach there boys were busy which is fine then I found out tyre is flat . We have to wait at least 50 mins to pick the car.

Rental car operators are strict on pickup time. I was 20-25 min early at airport but the operator insisted to wait until my booking time which is bit rude. I didn't had similar experience earlier when I was late or early. May be Hertz is not good with customer service
