I struggled a bit with your man at chch airport avis counter he advised I had to take three days insurance, 2days and 1 hr ? but was only charged for two days so alls good thank you

Make it clear that we still have to pay for both drivers for the ferry. We thought the whole ferry cost was to be refunded, not just the caravan. Would have appreciated it to be more clear. Other than that, it was great!

One of the car providers consistently failed to respond to vehicle bids (multiple bids left to expire, car remained advertised). Perhaps a way for people to report such behaviour. Car companies should only be listing vehicles if they're already prepared to offer the relocation deal, not if they're still hoping for a paid hire.

Just making sure if one is a first timer in a camper that they are given a good orientation to the vehicle. Trying to find wipers and not knowing what the other column stick was for is quite intimidating.
