Was dissapointed that I was not notified that my car selection was changed, and that the car provider did not have the requested car available. Alot of time wasted sorting out vehicle to suit. Have used transfer cars many times before, but this was a very poor trip because of this issue.

Would be handy to have reminders about possible extra costs like bringing insurance excesses down. The motorhome filter shows 'ordinary' vans as well. Generally it was really good - quick, supportive emails etc

Difficult. Yourselves and Jucy did a fine job. The whole process went well. Sleeping arrangements were a bit tight, so might not rush back next year. Overall glad to give it a go. Thanks.

I would give it a 10 for the transfer car itself but the car rental company really needs to clean the car properly even though it is a transfer car

I appreciate the cars are free to rent but at a minimum I would prefer the windows to be clean so the car is safe to travel in. Apart from this inconvenience the car was an easy drive to Nelson and was gratefully appreciated. Thank you.
