We got a conformation email from you saying everything was good to go. But it also said not to book anything until we got a second confirmation email from the RV company. They never sent one. I emailed you within 48 hours of departure, as per your email’s instructions, and got a response from you the evening before pickup that it was confirmed. We still never got an email from the RV company. Due to this we had no campgrounds booked and lost a lot of time on the pickup day coordinating everything since we couldn’t plan ahead as we were explicitly told by your company not to make plans until we heard from the RV company. Overall it resulted in a lot of lost time and a lot of driving as night trying to find campgrounds with openings.

I love this service and have shared the link with many friends as this is a great opportunity for kiwis who want to travel. Thank you for your services.

On the transfercar page it said that I had unlimited kilometers and they charged me $300 for excess kilometers. I need someone to pay me back
