My experience is transfer publish rating of car rental is not accurate. They hide behind a flawed process rather than let transfercar experience be shared directly. I would suggest using trustpilot instead of the manipulated ratings they use. On Trustpilot you can see all the problems with sixt. I would not use a transfercar from sixt again. Unprofessional and treat you rudely. I did them a favour by relocating their car in 1 day. next time I would fly. It would of been cheaper for me.

Was dissapointed that I was not notified that my car selection was changed, and that the car provider did not have the requested car available. Alot of time wasted sorting out vehicle to suit. Have used transfer cars many times before, but this was a very poor trip because of this issue.

Would be handy to have reminders about possible extra costs like bringing insurance excesses down. The motorhome filter shows 'ordinary' vans as well. Generally it was really good - quick, supportive emails etc

Difficult. Yourselves and Jucy did a fine job. The whole process went well. Sleeping arrangements were a bit tight, so might not rush back next year. Overall glad to give it a go. Thanks.
