Return process at Sunshine Coast airport was shambolic. Need to improve that part of the service.

Its a great service for Kiwis to get around the country. The only thing we have found is when booking a vehicle, you don't always get what you booked. Example being, a campervan we transferred last year, said it had bathroom facilities, but when we picked it up, it had no bathroom facilities. The description of the booking was very different to what we actually got.
