The car has some problems. 1) the side door didn’t open from inside. 2) the outside propane tank pipe was leaking and we are not able to use the stove.

I asked about some basic questions about the car and the lady from the staff was not interested in trying to understand or explain anything. She only wanted to make it clear about the rules of not using the 4WD parts and nothing else matter. When we only wanted a little guidance on the basic things of the car.

This was a very great, convenient and easy to use service. The rental company, however were unaware of the 1 free tank of fuel that was agreed in the initial agreement and I was subsequently charged. I am now still following it up from oversees.
