Be more clear about the car rental, the condition, and the extra costs. They took 2500$ extra and that's how they make money, we feel like ripped off. That was a very bad experience for us.

Being a little more flexible with the trips, allowing more days and providing details of the car prior to pickup.

I've always had a very good experience with transfer car. I recently used EZU in Queenstown and it wasn't as good. But still fine.

Organise payment for fuel receipts?

The van I was allocated was not a relocating van….it was for refurbishment. This meant that the van had several things wrong with it. It is why it was needed up in Auckland. This meant our travel was not so pleasant. We spent more on petrol than expected…‘‘twas an old van and guzzled petrol. I had to insist on the ferry being paid and some petrol being paid. But this seemed to be a battle that caused stress. No help from transfer cars when I emailed them. The next deal for the same vehicle type offered ferry, petrol and an extra day to get to Auckland. A much better deal. No one seemed to listen to my concerns or offer me the same deal. I may use transfer cars again but not certain when.

Easier and faster contact number for communication service when things go wrong. No personal service. Avoids sorting things out immediately. This would save time, and anxious waiting. Too much time wasted.

Just would have been better to find the name/company of the car rental in the airport. Thanks Jeffrey
