Provide more details and transparent final price on transfer. When I called avis before my pickup they could not tell me a price or they told me a price before tax. Nobody is interested in price before tax.

The process was a little difficult, if you could make it very simple with less need to read every word on an email twice it would help. Having said that I managed so can't be too difficult !
