I don't know if you have ratings that rental companies can see for regular drivers to show we are reliable and have completed many trips successfully, if not that would be good.

Just bit more notice when vehicle needs to be changed from the one we chose and accepted to the one given. My transfer car was different to one I accepted and had different excess charges in this case was more then original. Thanks.

Make sure to tell people to read wording. Last transfer I did was for Juicy, stated Ferry included but they refused to pay for me as the driver even though you cannot book just a vehicle without a driver on the ferry!! I had to book my own crossing and they reimbursed me minus a passenger fare!!
