I had an Ezicar and SIXT car recently. Both great. It would be good if you could set up the SIXT one the same as Ezicar so that when choosing your pick up and drop off times, it comes up red that you are trying to book for more than the 24hrs allowed. SiXT doesn't do this. I didn't see the little message that comes up saying that this time choice will incurr another days 'rental', so I thought because I was allowed to choose 10.30am pickup Monday, drop off tues 4.30pm, that that was SIXTs interpretation on a 1 day 'rent' as my booking request said it was '1 day'. Nothing big... :-) The other thing that could be improved with is I looked at doing a jucy campervan transfer to Auckland. While the site indicated a free ferry crossing was included, it would be great to include in the info on your website if this includes (or not) the driver's fee, and if you have the freedom to choose either ferry company, and at what stage the ferry has to be booked. I realise that each rental company will have a different policy on this, but if you can encourage them to provide it up front rather than having to wait a day to get an answer to such questions..The more info provided, the easier and quicker it is to determine whether a Transfer can tie in with your plans. Indiecampers is not holding up their end of the deal. I provided all my financial info and fuel receipts, but they are very unresponsive about the fuel reimbursement. It's been more than a month, and I still haven't received anything!

I chose a low-consumption car and they immediately gave me a high-consumption one. Customer service could be better asking me if I would like to make the exchange I didn't think it was honest to do this without letting me know first
