Yes rental which provided the car din’t have a spare tyre or a Jack in the car. I had a tire blowout which I couldn’t fix so was stranded for 2 hours. Moreover their full insurance doesn’t cover call out fee which would have been $300 +GST to get the car towed to a mechanic. I had to use my AA membership for the call out.
