Like in my booking the car model was not mentioned .as per requirements I need a bigger car and a child seat.so these should be optional.special the car model

Your comprehensive insurance excess is very cheeky at 4k though profitable for your company. It definitely forces customers to buy additional cover for the car. Genius but a bit mean. But it’s hard to complain when rent is $1 a day for transfercar.

The car was ok, but Budget is a bit of a circus, they have put charges in my credit card that shouldnt be there, and still havent taken them off

I delivered the car in under 24hrs and got charged for 2days insurance and rental.Not very good.
