Maybe put an option so all of the request are not cancelled when on transfer is accepted. Or being able for the customer to put the different request in a preference order. So if the prefered transfer is accected the other can be cancelled, but if the the least preferd order is accepted, the other request stay still until the other request are declined or accepted.

Try getting rental company to deliver requested vehicle at agreed time. I had 4hr delay due to requested vehicle not being ready at specified time !

The cancellation fee of 25$ is high. Also there should be like 12 hours after receiving the confirmation, where you can cancel for free.

The information about the car hire company and providing information about compensation for last minute cancellation by the hire company. We recently had a transfer cancelled one day prior to it starting after we had incurred costs to position our selves in the start city.

I couldn’t change the day before my booking. And I didn’t got a suv but a small car, had some issues with the space.

The only thing I could fault was that I couldn't upgrade the insurance excess but am not sure if that was because of Transfercar of Europcar. Other than that no issues thank you.
