Can't think of much. Apart from a long wait at the counter to collect the car, I thought everything was great. But obviously, counter time is dependent on what flights are arriving, and when they arrive. I got stuck behind some awkward customers, and I could see that your team was working as hard as they could to sort things! In terms of the insurance offered, I would prefer an option where I don't have any excess to pay. Overall, everyone was very helpful and clear, and the car was very good. Thank you.

Sometimes the replied email is very helpful, while sometimes has no response, if there has a service call to contact directly that would be great!

Let everyone know when someone is available to respond to chats and give a phone number that can be called. I had a very difficult time getting details of my rental after I booked it.

The only thing I was concerned about initially was the legitimacy of the service. I didn't see any reviews that confirmed other people's experiences to allay that. Possibly I was looking in the wrong place though. But beyond that, it's a great service.

Maybe better filter options for young drivers, as often times rental car companies only state it in their description but not specifically in the tags

In the van, there wasn't anything to wash the dishes with. No soap or no rag. It wasn't a big deal for me as I had brought my own. The rest was lovely.
