Making sure that the advertised vehicle is actually the vehicle you get. Booked a Porsche 911 and got an Audi S5 convertible. It was a good car, but not what we initially signed up for.

Would be useful to be notified when a car rental company resumes taking booking requests. For example when it says a company doesn’t take booking requests on weekends, I assumed that they would resume on Monday. However, they actually resumed on Sunday.

The process worked very well. In a perfect world there would be more availability but I appreciate that’s not the nature of what is being offered with this type of service.

Transfercar were great ( website clear and easy to use) but Budget were useless in processing the request. When I didn't hear back within a few hours I went to see Budget who assured me the car wasn't through them they had no cars available but within minutes of my visit I had the request accepted by Budget. The car itself was great and the journey enjoyable - thanks!

Ensure the rental car company doesn’t charge for fuel after the car is returned when the deal is 1 feee tank of gas. Has happened twice now.
