There wasn't any paperwork for me to sign or the person receiving the car to sign. Essentially, there was no proof I'd handed over the car in a suitable condition - thus I felt vulnerable to being accused of handing over a car with damage accrued through my handling over it. Felt really unprofessional!

When declined for a relocation, it would be great to have a reason why. As a user it can be confusing if it’s something wrong with your experience on TransferCars or if you have done something wrong.

Hi I loved my experience. However I don't know if it is me but the part about the insurance was quite unclear. On your website I could choose the option without a bond. But Awesome Van asked me to pay $3000 of bond before the van's pick up. It was quite a shock!
