I forgot how much I enjoy not knowing what car I will get and love the free tank of fuel..su h a treat as I k ow the cars will always be newer than mine as I ha e a 2009. Any improvements? I received an email on confirmation from Transfer Car but didn't receive an email confirmation from Europcar. I rang their help centre and they were helpful and gave me my confirmation number which h was great - didn't want to turn up to no car Great experience again...

Almost all service was great, but the drop off process was too delayed, nobody was at the office at 9:00 am. One guy showed up around 12:00 PM. Lost almost all morning!
