For us the experience was superb, instantaneous and easy. I think we might have struck it lucky with many cars wanting to go back to Wellington. Great way to travel. G

The guy I returned the car to seemed a bit confused and I had a call the next day asking if I returned the vehicle, so perhaps better returning operations to ensure the vehicle gets logged in correctly.

We had a motor home from Adelaide to Perth, but it had mechanical issues and we received poor assistance, basically we had to abort the trip and we are out of pocket hundreds of dollars. I suspect that because we didn't hire the vehicle they were not interested in helping us

The car we transferred was very noisy. Road noise and roof racks. Would have give score of 10 if the actual vehicle was newer and more comfortable to drive
