It's not your problem other than by association. I took up the option of a moving van from Melbourne to Sydney which was accepted by Sixt. I flew down from Sydney to drive back in the van (with some furniture). 24hrs before picking up the van an email comes through telling my Kia Carnival was available..... after many unsatisfactory calls to Sixt (and much waiting on line) I had to book a flight back to Sydney. No van, no furniture ..... not happy!!! A complete waste of my time when it was Sixt that posted that they wanted vans returned to Sydney. How can I trust that it wont happen again if I optomistically try again??

I just presumed moving so many cars between the islands the rental company’s would have an open booking were you can just load your details. Because of the Ferry debacle a lot of the dates don’t work. Otherwise an excellent service.

This experience is very good, and the service staff are also more enthusiastic, that is, we can't find a fixed parking lot for renting a car when we return the car.

On your website was the offer to do a Relocation with awesome campers for a 250 $ Tankfuel refund. When we arrived to give the car back nobody wanted to know about something like this. Still until today there arrived no refund from awesome campers
