Please issue clean cars to clients. For transfer cars, client like me helps the company to take the car back to the base. I was given a very dirty car. Inside was clean but outside was too dirty.

It's not very clear what you're signing up for, then there's fee's to cancel once you receive more information. One example of this is the box that says fuel included, I'm pretty sure (but not certain) it said yes . When I received the contract it said free tank of fuel which covers less than half of the journey. To keep it very short, the whole experience for me was extremely negative. The very limited free time to actually enjoy the vehicle meant the cost to me financially and in time meant to whole experience wasn't worth it. I almost feel like I've been scammed, I will just take it as a lesson and warn others of my experience. A big part of my bad experience was due to the rental company and not yourselves however. I just felt trapped once I had read about the fees involved if I were to cancel.

No, I was ok with it all. I did mention to Craig that the front passenger door needed some adjustment to keep it open while incapacitated passengers were being assisted onto the seat.

Person I picked up the car from in Adelaide advised me to fill the car with either 91 or 95 petrol. When I started the car I identified that it was a diesel. There was a sticker on the windshield saying diesel. So I filled with diesel. Some people may have listened to the rep at Sixth counter
