Comms with the eventual car company were less than great, but that wasn't transfercar's fault. More clarity about the costs would be good. $0 per day becomes $600 for 4 days pretty quick once insurance, service, kitchen and bedding kits get included.

There are other relocation sites that offer fuel allowance. That would be helpful for the shorter term trips

Transfer car website was fine just. Hoped yes rentals would have cleaned the car better before using it.

It would be good if it was easier to make changes to the reservation dates if necessary. Neither the rental company nor Transfer Car appear to have full control over that.
