It took me 3 attempts to get a reply for our request , I could tell from looking I was the only request . But I would put that down to Yesaway rentals , not yourself . Otherwise everything seemed very streamlined .

The only thing, I don’t even want to call it negative, it was a bit hard/confusing to find the rental place in Auckland. The rental company didn’t have a branch of their own there and the pick up was managed by a „sister“ company.

The folks were 1 1/2 hrs late returning the vehicle, tho the contract says they can be charged $40 p.hr late return, there were no consequences at all due to fear of a bad review n loss of future revenue. This is a shame as no one learns to not be late. Transfercar were awesome n gave us an extra 1 1/2 hrs drop off time.

Have no idea of the vehicle allocated until pick up.Conceivably this could be a 3 tonne truck which would be unsuitable.Fortunately I was allocated a Kia Rio and was perfect.No additional comment until I get the bill to see how much I will actually have to pay.
