I had to book flights to work in with the relocation of the vehicle.. Due to the delayed confirmation of my request I had cancel my request and was charged $25- for a late cancelation.

Requesting car companies refund bonds much more quickly after vehicles returned....camperman australia sent me an email yesterday saying it would take two weeks...this is way too long...it should only take a few days! thankyou!

The mobile version of your website doesn't include the handy interactive map of NZ that you can use that is on the desktop version, but I find this tool really useful to quickly visualize what vehicles are needing to go where - be great to see it on the mobile web page too!
