Know who the car transfer was for before bidding for it would be very useful improvement

48 hours is not the same as 2 days as it depends on when you pick up the car as to how the days work. You could have a system where it works backwards from the time you select to return the car to set a pick up time

Not TransferCar, but the companies who provide the vehicles need to have better systems in place as a checklist for the relocations, to ensure that nothing major is missed - like the tickets for vehicles to cross on the ferry when it is included in the relocation..

Better transparency with operators. Sometimes a calendar will not allow a booking for a time when in fact the operator are more than happy to accept picking up at time when they are open. For example a booking was for 6 days x 24 hrs but the calendar would not let me book. Instead I had to return the afternoon before 4pm even though it was 5days and 10hrs
