Yes I had to cancel a trip due to the floods in Auckland and I could not leave. It was a regional emergency. I was charged $50. What a rip off!!!

It would be great if there was a notification system if certain cars pop up from Destination A to Destination B. That feature doesn't seem to be working at the moment.
