I agreed to pay a insurance premium for$35.00 but was never given it and on returning the vehicle was going to be charged for a chip on window which they agreed after waiting to get answer was done before I received the car

Make the cancellation policy more flexible. It's not very user friendly to charge a fee to a person who cancels a reasonable amount of time in advance.

Had a 1 day transfer but had no option to extend a couple hours past 10am online. Rental car company was happy to but was not possible to ask for on transfer car
