Went to get rental car to find no booking had been made so had to pay for a rental and sort all details etc which put us behind. I have emailed someone and they have just not replied in regards to being compensated for your mistake as we had to then pay for a rental.

Allow offers to be made to rental company. I would have taken last minute car if 2nd day was free.

Booked Car 3 months before pick up to arrive at Orange Car pick up Point to be told that my Car had a flat Battery and could not be started, then told Orange had no other Cars for us and that I should start walking.

Improved accuracy in pick up/drop off locations would be great - the drop off for mine was not in Queenstown CBD as indicated initially, but rather out in the industrial area of Frankton, which does make a significant difference in availability of public transport and whatnot.
