1. Encourage Rental Cos. to be more precise w Pickup/Drop off e.g. clip a map to contract as Apex did c.f.. Devine did Not, then changed Drop off on me. 2. Make compulsory that Rental Cos. advertising on Transfercar with Ferry incl. Vehicles, that they state upfront pre-Request, Clearly if they Pay the ferry upfront or they require the Relocator to Pay themselves, s.t. a later Refund. (as a professional Economist) This mandatory upfront disclosure pre-Request will bias Requesters decizions to strongly favour pre-Paid ferry vehicles, over Refund later vehicles. My perusal of the Review comments section, shows there are often unneeded problems problems and unnecessary niggles w 'You pay ferry now we refund you later' option. By making Rental Cos. More Explicitly Disclose this risk at the pre-Request stage, will steer ReLocators to the safer no worries pre-Paid Ferry + Driver choice ...then the other Rental Cos. that do Not pre-Pay the Ferry will be forced to change their offer to pre-Paid Ferry+Driver Or risk having a lot of un-Relocated stock, mostly in the Sth Is., at Picton, Nelson and Chch. 3. Transfercar needs to tweek your software to allow for multiple Requests with overlapping dates, e.g. I Requested 8/12 Pickup, then later that day a better date (7/12) range came up. Then yr Transfercar software would not let me put in a 2nd Request for a day earlier telling me I already had a Request within that date range. Likewise when I requested 2 cars with only 1 day different Drop off days, yr software would not let me request the 2nd car ending 1 day earlier than the 1st Request. Finally, overall, Transfercar runs a great efficient MV aggregator system in NZ, which merely needs a few efficiency and disclosure tweeks, to lift its to top level performance and thus optimal user-client satisfaction experience and ratings.
