I wish that I had been given more information from my rental car location. I received an unexpected charge of $75 that was eventually refunded by Apollo rental cars but had to write multiple emails to understand what was going on. Similarly, I received no instructions regarding my free ferry ticket. Being sent this information would have made the experience much easier! Other than that, an incredible service to travel and save money.

Make it a bit clearer what is required licence wise. As long as your licence is in English it doesn’t require an international driving permit.

Specify that the car needs to be returned with a full tank. I was charged $87 for refueling and not aware that I had to return it with a full tank

Try to provide full insurance from the car rentals + 1 full tank. Payed extending option should be always available within the time frame of the transfer.
