Overall happy - I had requested the same vehicle 3 times and and appeared to be the only one after it -then it got removed. Fortunately I was able to get the next request without a problem.

Yes the navigation gps was not working well, arriving in Auckland it kept telling me the lights were round a bouts. Also maybe a bit more detail on how to use the electronics would have been helpful.

There was a fairly large scratch on the front left end of the car (at Wellington airport already) that was not shown on the pictures I signed (nor mentioned by the staff). Fortunately, I saw the scratch and took a picture there to avoid having to pay for damager that we did not cause...

Less email notifications when a vehicle is requested and accepted. Bit overwhelming the amount of emails repeating the same initial msg.
