The instructions to pick up the car where in a pdf attachment to the email, I didn’t see them at first and made the process confusing since it did not mention I was going to be taken to another location to get the car

The car we transported was a junker. Flapping and missing body panels. locks to the doors didn't work properly. Not what we expected. Transfercar experience was acceptable.
