If the price of gasoline would be less ( not under your control)…if advice or assistance can be given re alternative insurance which has excess cover and cost is between 18 and 25 $ rather than $46 per day

I felt since you referred me to Britz I should not have to pay the road user miles. They took it anyway when I queried it. I was upgraded on the vehicle I chose. So already paid way more for the fuel. So I am feeling a bit used! Can you help with this?

quite an old vehicle, very bumpy ride. quite loud whilst driving on freeway even with windows closed as the seals are worn and aged.

Location of pickup and drop off were clear in terms of company but not exact place. Was charged for car when I selected one with Free hire.

Transfercar was great. Rental car company was struggling with a staff member away, so we had some nervous moments wondering if it was a legit booking, but all sorted when we went to pick it up.

The operator 24/7 Rentals is appalling and would deter me from using Transfercar as you don't know who the operator is when booking. Vehicle had bald tyres, no WOF sticker and a Registration that was 2 months expired
